VibeCoaching grew out of StartupVision, a product practice that has taken more than 80 products from idea to market for founders and companies. Again and again we watched the same pattern: the idea was viable, the technology was ready — and the founder was exhausted, isolated, and sitting in the wrong seat of their own company.

So we built the program we wished every founder had: master-certified coaching leadership with credentialed executive coaches, working side by side with senior CTOs, CEOs, CISOs, and engineers. Inner work and outer work, one continuous fabric.

We are deliberately honest about our methods. Mindfulness, strengths work, and feelings-and-needs practice have real but modest evidence behind them — we cite the studies, including the null results, and we measure our own cohorts' outcomes: products shipped, revenue reached, and satisfaction sustained. That honesty is the point. Vibe coaching is for people who can smell wellness-washing a mile away.
