What is vibe coaching?

Vibe coaching is holistic, evidence-honest coaching for people who build software with AI (vibe coders). It combines mindfulness, strengths identification, feelings-and-needs work, and role-fit mapping with hands-on product expertise — so you go from idea to market with your passion and wellbeing intact, not in spite of them.

How is this different from an accelerator like Y Combinator?

Accelerators select roughly 1% of applicants and optimize the company, mostly for investors. We develop the founder — any committed builder, no equity required by default — and then help ship the product through our own execution bench. Selection machines find winners; we build them.

Who leads the programs?

Master-certified coaching leadership with credentialed executive coaches, working alongside senior operators from the StartupVision practice — CTOs, CEOs, CISOs, and engineers who have shipped more than 80 products.

Is this a wellness retreat? I'm allergic to woo.

Good — so are we. Every practice we use has published evidence behind it, and we cite effect sizes honestly, including the null results. Mindfulness here means trained attention for better decisions, not incense. If a claim can't survive an engineer's skepticism, we don't make it.

What does the weekend retreat cost?

Retreat pricing starts at $3,500 for the full weekend — lodging, meals, all sessions, and post-retreat integration. Cohorts are small (12–20 people) and each cohort's dates and pricing are announced to the invitation list first.

I have a full-time job and a side project. Is this for me?

Yes. Many participants are professionals with a product itch — a PM, designer, or engineer building nights and weekends with AI tools. The method is designed to fit a venture around your life and strengths, not to demand you quit your job on day one.

What happens after the retreat?

You choose your level of support: 3- or 6-month coaching arcs (1:1, group circles, and operator office hours), or a full idea-to-market partnership where our team fills the roles your venture needs while you take the seat where you're strongest.

Do you take equity?

Not by default. Coaching and consulting engagements are straightforward fixed-fee arrangements designed to be sustainable for both sides. Equity participation happens only occasionally, when it genuinely aligns us — never as a substitute for a viable engagement.
